Exploring Laurel Hill State Park

One of my family’s favorite places to visit is Laurel Hill State Park.  The park offers loads of hiking trails, some biking trails, a beautiful lake to kayak/paddleboard on and so much more.  Last night, we went up to visit some family camping and I brought a bike to sneak off for an hour to put my new-to-me dream camera, a Leica M10-P, through its paces.  After owning my first digital rangefinder camera back in 2024, selling it to fund other camera gear that would be more useful, I was wanting another one.  After a few experiments with the Pixii branded rangefinders, I ended up finding an amazing deal on a silver Leica M10-P in very good condition.  I’ll post another article on that later, but for now, here are the images.  Most of the images were taken with the Mandler 35mm f/2, which is a cheap clone of the famous Leica 35mm f/2 7-element lens known for it’s bokeh falloff.
